Two-step authentication

When a user reset their password, we wanted to encourage them to add two-step authentication to help protect their account. I worked with the team to identify the problem, create a new content hierarchy, wireframe solutions, and write the final UI content.

Shopify Plan Settings

Shopify's Settings page didn't make it easy for users to find and downgrade their Shopify plan. I worked with the team to improve the information architecture, content grouping, visual design, interactions, and UI content to make it more intuitive.
